Eircom Broadband & Netgear Wireless Router Problem

    Hi

    Not sure if anyone can help me.

    Have had problems connecting to the internet in the house for the past week. I am using a netgear wireless router DG834GT. I have a few machines in the house which can all ping each other and the router.

    The guys in Eircom say they have tested the line and everything is okay on their end.

    I'm going to upgrade the firmware on the router this evening but was wondering are there any Eircom settings that I will need to set on the router... DNS etc?
