    Giant mints - remember those? Very tasty and came in a pale blue packet. But you had to be carefull as the mints and packets where the same size as extra striong mints and in most shops where placed side by side so it was easy to grab the wrong packet and not realise it until you pooped one in your mouth...

    Giant mints have made a limited comeback as "Richties Giant mints" in a purple coloured packet. Much smaller size - but the same great taste.

    And Sailor mints - anyone? I last had a packet in 1978. They where a copy of Polo mints but with a milder taste and had a nice tendency to crumble on the tongue with a bit of encouragement.

    Don't get me wrong they were nice and all, but there is nicer :)
