    We have, twice. :p

    Does that change anything?

Definitely not. Because you've seen that it's not as advertised. So you knew what you were getting before you signed the lease.

Ok im gonna summarise everything so far, just so im not contradicting everything your saying.

We seen this place on the net, 3 beds(2 double, 1 single) and 2 bathrooms.

Me and a mate had a look and it has only single beds in each room and only one bathroom.

Went to take a viewing and kinda forgot what it said on the net.
Took a second viewing today to make sure we didnt get it wrong.

We havent signed a lease or anything of the sorts yet, we have been told that were the only ones interested so theres no pressure.

But no one really knows what were entitled to, like if we can say anything and see can we get anymore than whats there.
Seeing as the advertisment says something different.

EDIT: Just saw your second post there. Nice to see you've come around a little bit. Let me get one thing straight, I don't advocate school bullying one bit, i got all sorts of sh*t from my maths/physics teacher in secondary school. However I'd never wish death on/be happy the guy is dead if he died. Simply because i know for a fact he's a husband and father. But then, you probably don't know much about growing up without a parent, do you? Because I do.

I did as well but if someone is a dick to me and they die, regardless of their family situation, I'll be having a drink that night but not in their honour. If someone is a gob****e when they're living then death does not change anything

He's not selling what he is advertising basically.

Just because there's a single bed in a room does not make it *not* a double room. It's just a double room with a single bed in it, provided that is the case.

However if it's only the one bathroom, then he's definitely not selling what is advertised.

Again, you viewed it, and know what's in it. If you sign the lease, you've no comeback even if it isn't what it's advertised just on the grounds that you saw before you signed.

If it's bothering you that much, i'd talk to the landlord or the letting agency about it.

Let me ask you a question, dude?
You see a car, you have 5k in your hand, you notice there's a massive scratch on the bonnet of the car that wasn't in the picture.

You still have the 5K in your hand.

Do you have any rights, and why?

Double bedroom doesn't mean double bed.

C-B-G the market is in your hands, take your time and offer a little less than what it's on the market for.

Also, I hate democracy. :P I've had people saying to me that the Greens have no power in government, and even when I explained how Fianna Fail need their votes in the Dail to pass anything, they still wouldn't believe me.
Everywhere is in the **** now, we're worse than most thanks to the government. Buying elections with increased social welfare etc., encouraging mindless development which in turn actually lowered the revenue coming in. Everyone knows we love to own our own homes, so the government decided to encourage it even more. Unfortunately we'll never know how the other would've done. As much as I would like to vote Fine Gael in the next general election, they're going to be looking to share with Labour, which is meant to be the opposite of what Fine Gael believe in.

Be that as it may, Labour will be happy to be Enda Kenny's bitch if it means getting over Fianna Failure.

I'd be up for Fine Gael, i really would. But I wouldn't trust Kenny as far as i could throw him.

I dunno, I can see Labour gaining a lot by the next election, they're the ones involved in riling up the strikes and that, hopefully the people swept along with it won't actually believe the lies they're being told and vote Labour too.

The really really upsetting thing is that there is not one political party that anyone can believe in.

Like i dont trust any of them because they had so long over the last 2 years to make an impact and to be honest, they didnt.

SO the question isn't "Who do we trust more?" But it seems to be "Who do we not distrust the most?"

    Its upsetting.

Kinda off topic but i just seen an ad for big brother, yays, something to watch if the plan goes ahead to not get sky :D

When the Civil and Public Service Union wanted to go on strike Mr Gilmore said it was the wrong decision. Labour have grown in the polls because they have been fairly reserved. They said Fianna Fail and the Blue Shirts were wrong but never came up with stupid ideas to get publicity.

Enda Kenny and his buds would be more popular if Kenny himself and his two mouthpeieces Varadker and the Doctor shut the F up.

That's the thing, I would trust Fine Gael more than the rest, but if Labour get in with numbers close to them and the coalition is formed, what then? A coalition of "Conservatives" and socialists, that's going to get a lot done! And Fine Gael are barely conservative, all the parties are populist now.

Fair enough, I was basing my assumption on seeing posters with Labour written on them for one of the strikes in Dublin a few months back, left me stuck in Dublin after 7 hours already on a bus and another 2 to go. :p

We would need them to give us viable reasons for why they should be voted in.
Not just "We will do A, B and C", but more, "Well we have done this in the past, and we will do more".

And in relation, none of them have done that.

But to be fair, FG nearly have it in the bag, They arent liked that much, but a lot more than FF.

But i would love to punch the Kenny lad in the face. :pac:

Like I said, all the parties are populist now. Even in America look at Obama FFS, fair enough towards the end he had some policies, but toward the beginning (and the end for a lot of voters) all he had was "change". It's not even about policies anymore.

Nope, it was a labour poster, had a nice red corner with "Labour" in white on it. Said something about how much worse off certain people were due to tax hikes. Are labour going to decrease tax like? :pac:
