Iphone From the Philippines

    First of sorry if this is in the wrong place but was just wondering...

    I need help!
    Me Ma is heading over to the Philippines next week and was wonder if she picked me up an iphone would it work over here?
    Will it have to be unlocked or can you buy them unlocked like in Italy?
    Will that allow me to simply insert my pay as you go sim card inand allow me to use iTunes with out the risk of it locking?
    And if it did work is there any features that i would lose?
    Also if anybody knows prices it would help loads. Iphone 3g 8G is what i was figuring.

    You are not asking a lot are you?

    Anyone on here would need to go on to google and search for most of that info......which is something you can do yourself.

    As for the rest of the questions, a quick search on here will give you all the answers you need.
