    Hi

I need to reset my netgear router that I use with UPC as I am unable to log onto it (default of admin and password dont work).

Before I reset it does anyone know what are the UPC DNS settings are etc that I will need when reconfiguring it later on?

    Thanks

You just need to ensure DHCP is enabled - the netgear talks to the UPC modem, not the core network systems.

I had a similar problem myself using a airport express as a router. I was able to get an ip from the router ok but no Internet while sharing a single ip. When I changed this to bridge mode I got Internet but only 2 ip addresses.

I managed to FiX it by changing to share a single ip by removing chorus
DNS servers and adding ones from openDNS.com

If you need any help setting up your Airport express PM me. I work with them all the time
