Can anyone recommend decent accomodation in Zell am See that's reasonably affordable (less than EUR 600 for a week) and in a central location? Also what are the slopes like in this place for anyone who's been there before? Thanks.

Some places that are fairly central off the top of my head are the Gruner Baum and Neue Post.Right in the town centre and about 300m from ski lift. Slopes are good and seemed very well maintained when I was there last year. I'd say they're suitable across the board, but mainly beginner/intermediate.There's a thread about Zell am See here:
