Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm having this problem with Internet Explorer 7 for at least 6 months and its really bugging me..

You could be browsing away fine and then loads of new tabs start opening up all on their own. The only way to stop them is to ctr+alt+del and force the browser closed!

I've attached what it looks like, you can't see it in the pic but sometimes in the address bar you can see loads of text and it says iframe with a % and 500 or something like that..

I've tried googling it but nothing shows up..

I posted about this here before and got the usual malware scan checks but cameup with nothing, I'm pretty sure its not malware because it happened straight away on a fresh xp install..

Has this happened to anyody else??

Have you done any spyware/adware/malware scans?

    Rogue Add-On?

did you happen to click on a mail link prior to this happening. I remember seeing something like this in IE6. someone had clicked a mailto link on a website and it caused a bucket load of new IE windows to open all over the place.
