Irish Broadband Ripwave - Coverage in Marino?

How is Ripwave coverage in Marino these days? Relative has been having ongoing trouble for the last few months. Modem shows a fairly strong signal.... but i'm still suspicious that it's something at IBB's end. Anyone? Thanks
