Was reading this thread and figured a handy, quick way of calculating ranking changes was needed... couldn't find one online so I whipped one up quickly. It's giving me the right results with all the matches I've thrown at it so far, but if it gives you something a bit funky then please let me know!…

Also, I have currently got it set that if a ratings gap is greater than 10 the only change will be if the worse rated team wins in which case they will get +2 and the better rated team that lost will get -2 - is this correct?
