    I'll go for what I listen to regularly:
    Almost Famous
    Romeo and Juilet
    Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
    Garden State
    Kill Bill
    Deathproof

    -obviously Walk the line has a great soundtrack;)
    and Juno I thought has some really nice music.
    and My Girl! I like the soundtrack to that move:)

    Right now, I can't stop listening to the There Will Be Blood soundtrack by Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead.

    Paris Texas -Ry Cooder - always good and Apocalypse Now- the Doors.

    Good period stuff and Apocalypse Now is a great movie.

    Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield was used in the Exorcist.

    Into the Wild's soundtrack was fantastic, Eddie Vedder at his best imo. Great film as well.
