renault espace sensor

    hey there

    i have a 97 renault espace newer shape

    there is a service warning light that pops on every now and then that says "stop",then "service"
    the manual says that "stop" will be followed by another symbol such as oil,fuel,brakes when something fails or is in need of repair in general.but nothing about just service showing up

    the garage have reset it a few times and said it only comes on when the service is due and they reset it when the car is serviced
    now they are getting paid for reseting it for no reason and they won't tell me how to do it myself

    does anyone know how to do it?
