O2 mobile broadband - maynooth - signal drops often

i have been using O2 mobile broadband in maynooth for a couple of months now the last few weeks, the net has gone down very bad. the signal drops down very often it is a 1year contract and i dont know what to do. any one having same problem of bad internet contacting customer care was not of much help

contact someone on the o2 forum, they are supposed to be very good. There is a link on the o2 site. Im sure someone here will be good enough to post the address (sorry I cant in posting this from my phone)
