    Voitures banalisées Paris (Unmarked )

Mostly French but on another video theres Fords and VWs

Considering the traffic in Paris they do very well with just a gumball and twos, none of our (expensive) wig-wags and strobes all over the 'unmarked' motors  Reckon they're better drivers ;)

But outside Paris you've got the Gendarmerie Brigade Rapide Intervention with Focus RS and Scoobys ;)

And even they crash good motors :o

Could be worse, check after 1.20 on this video, the Brazilian police show up en mass in a swarm (I count c.26 ! ) of Corsas and Polos :P Bit like when the General was shot

NYPD invested in a new siren that sends a electronic pulse can be heard in the last minute of the video

Not playing for some reason ??

3.20 on this video - BAD decision to use kerbed off bus lane :o:o

You can have all the lights sirens in that Mondeo/Fusion but it's only the driver who can make his way thru the gridlock when all the other motorists have nowhere to move to ;)

That 'rumbler' isn't as good as some of the other sounds

Should be funny to see how these are getting on because it's a 1.3 with horrific driving that's excluding a cage in the back the gards have purchased 12 of them and 12 ducatos

Unmarked traffic bikes in Paris - hope your French is up to scratch

With nearly 2 million kilometres each year, the motorcycle company in the Prefecture of Paris Police motorcyclists is best known to the general public. Its role is to merge into traffic and mingle with Parisians squeezed, to identify the most offences

These are some old Garda photos I have in "the archives". They probably aren't of much interest to a lot of people on here as they are still quite young in a lot of people's eyes, but these fascinate me.
The Rover is an interesting one. I had no idea these were used by AGS, presumably they didn't have a very long shelf life. The plate comes back as a 420i 2.0 petrol, so fairly high spec. I have another pic somewhere of another one.

In addition, new police-requested features help make the Police Interceptor Utility more useful and safer for North America’s Finest. A dedicated liftgate release switch unlocks the rear hatch, allowing officers access to gear without having to unlock all the doors. A rear vision camera (which can optionally display via a screen in the rearview mirror) is standard as well.

One of the most significant features is Surveillance Mode, a system that takes advantage of the rear camera and parking sensors (which has been available since last year on both the Police Interceptor Utility and Police Interceptor Sedan). If someone approaches the parked police vehicle from the rear, the system locks the doors, rolls up the windows, and sounds the parking sensor alarm, helping the officer stay prepared for situations he or she might otherwise be blind to

Nordic police - Norway and Denmark, seem to favour Passats, and Vito prisioner van for Norway ;)

Seems 'Battenberg' isn't the only choice for visibility, maybe fleet managers get lazy and just look at the country next door for 'inspiration :(
