K800i Problem

I bought a K800i off someone on boards a while back, my girlfriends been using it a few weeks now. Today - the battery was full - she tried to open an MMS message, which I'd sent her, and the phone just white screened and switched off - now it won't turn on at all, no LED activity, nothing. Any ideas?
