Eircom Broadband speed?

Just want to know what kind of speed people have with Eircom as I'm thinking of changing from BT (since there upgrade its been crap - they've had to reduce my speed to 4MB which isn't great at that). Do you get the full 7MB speed from eircom, I doubt it but if anybody knows what kind of speed there getting would be great…
