Hi all, My dad is with O2 billpay and hasnt upgraded in a while. The site confirms that he is due an upgrade "at the lowest discount level". What I'm wondering is if he can check when the new level will be reached. Can this be done? Also, does anybody know the principles the system is based on, eg: Time, Price Plan,…
