how to find info on pc?

    I want to upgrade my graphics card but I am thinking that it is an AGPx8 on the mobo,but what check can i do to find out what type of mobo i have pci,pci-e or agp?

    3 pci and 1 agp expansion slots.
    more confused now!
    by everest stating that i have 3 pci slots does this mean that it is a PCI and not a PCI-E board?

    It means you have three PCI slots, and 1 AGP slot, with no PCI-E slots.

    That's a medium level part from three generations ago. What's the intent of the upgrade?

    as above to get the most out of pc as cannot afford to buy a pc with the latest pci-e mobo.
