Is this worth getting? I've researched all the other e-readers. Has anyone got a kindle? I would like to know about it. I've done a good lot of research about it and like what I've read. I know I won't be able to use the EVDO on the kindle, so how will I be able to download new books onto it? I presume I'll have to…

I know I won't be able to use the EVDO on the kindle, so how will I be able to download new books onto it? I presume I'll have to download to the computer first...then transfer to the kindle?
