Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,

Im writing an essay on classicalism and positivism in the irish criminal justice system and im so stuck.

I keep confusing myself between the two theories.

Can anyone suggest anything that could help my understanding? ( I have O'Donnell and O'Mahony)

Im not looking for any help, or anyone to do it for me, Im just wondering if Im missing out on anything.

    Thanks folks.

David Langweiller has an article on legal positivism in the latest bar review.

    I didn't read it.
