Advice on Selling BMW 320D

I have a 2004 320D ES for sale with FSH, 66K and M-Tech factory fitted spec. I know it is a bad time to sell a car at the minute but it has to be sold. Has anyone any tips/advice? I have dropped the asking price to £8000stg which is well below what I was asking for it. Just to add it is an NI car. :confused:
