Line numbers in visual express 2008

    Hi does anyone know offhand how to turn on line numbers in visual 2008?Tried googling it but nothing turned up..
    any help much appreciated,

    I think it's under the Text Editor section of the Options dialog, should be a checkbox there somewhere.

    Found it in editor settings,a sub menu of a sub menu!Thanks

    Here's another approach

    1. Hit the F1 key
    2. Stretch your knuckles and prepare yourself mentally and physically, you're gonna do some typing...
    3. Type the following "line numbers" (without the quotes)
    4. Press the Return key
    5. Watch and be amazed as your computer does stuff that you only ever dreamed of

    Why would you want to turn of line numbers anyway?!

    I wanted to turn them on..@Kstaford also wasnt able to connect to the online help:P,but at least now i know what f1 does,

    Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> All Languages

    then tick the box beside Line Numbers....
