Hiya,

Im building a house and its plastered everywhere except the Sun Room as we were weaiting for a feature window to come from America. The window finally arrives and it had been measured wrong by the supplier. They are now delaying us another 5 weeks as this new window has to come from America. So much for being in at Christmas.... So my question is do we have any legal options for compensation for the delay??
