Celtic should be 1 or 2 up at half time. 2 sitters missed anyway and definitely the better team. Aalborg so far are no better than an SPL team. I'll be very disappointed unless Celtic get the win.

Gilardino scored a cracking header for Fiorentina.

I cannot believe how Celtic did not take 1 of those chances. This is the best chance ever of getting rid of that away CL duck

Porto's second goal WTF ! Blatant handball, everyone sticks their hand up and amazingly nothing then the bloody guy scores !

Congrats to Aalborg for their win tonight. Always nice to see a team from one of the smaller leagues knock out one of the 'giants' of European football, esp when they're from Glasgow.

    FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK

The worst I've felt after defeat probably since Strachan's first game against Artmedia over 3 years ago.

Celtic deserved to win that by 2 or 3. Aalborg are rubbish. It's a bloody jinx, psychology, whatever. Celtic are a much better team than them and were tonight.

I threw a twenty on Bayern a few weeks back. They are still at 23-1 to win it on betfair. That's some odds at this stage, considering they are into the last 16 now.
    Even Real are at 13-1.

so it looks like matchday six will be the most pointless round of football ever. seeing that 6 out of the 8 groups have their top 2 decided already with match day 5 half over! champions league seems pretty boring so far this year! oh wait i forgot about the scraps for uefa cup qualification :p

The league table doesn't lie. Celtic are crap, not even making the UEFA Cup. They really need to take a look at what they can do to progress because surely they will get sick of winnin the Scottish league and then getting humiliated in Europe every season. 1 point from a possible 54 on the road in the Champions league is the form of a team who shouldn't be in it. There the facts

Aalborg are an SPL standard team so it hurts to go out against them undeservedly. The games against Hamilton and St Mirren were much tougher than that game last night. That's no exaggeration! Celtic deserved to be 3-0 up by the time Robson scored. Seriously. They lost because of the pressure on the team to get over this terrible run of away form. One win would relieve that pressure. Also, Scott Brown scored a perfectly legit goal in the home game that was wrongly ruled out.

Celtic have had a few undeserved wins at home in the CL under Strachan but I'd swap a lot of results for a win in last nights game. I don't even care about tonights football because last nights defeat was so sore. :o

Nice goal from Liverpool. Torres would make a great right winger. He's delivered some super balls in and he can take on and beat a man too. And shoot.

Chelsea not playing at all well. Bordeaux pressing 4 players everytime a Chelsea player gets the ball. No real chance for Chelsea. Bordeaux on top at the end of the first half.

Messi goes off to be replaced by Pedro Rodrigues whoever he is. Good game for Messi, made one, scored one and not fully fit so not a bad return. Sporting are abmisal tonight.
