sounds delish man. Hard to beat the old rice dishes. Naan is something I never think of getting. Great for a bit of soakage at the end. Kudos.

In holland we make Satay sauce with just sweet sauce, peanut butter, chilli sauce and milk. Its alot different though, you generally put it on chips , its so good.

I make it from red curry paste, coconut cream, red onion, red pepper, maybe a bit of mushroom, and either chicken or turkey breast. Turkey is a much nicer meat, and cheaper too.

Now I am having Chicken Curry, I cook mine in Chicken Stock and some saffron, makes it extra good.
