Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

And eminem isn't just the best white rapper around, he's one of the best in the past 15 years, a very very clever lyricist.

    FACT

    Word.

I still get blown away by some of his lyrics.

    .
Entertainment is danger, intertwine it with gansters
In the land of the killers, a sinner's mind is a sanctum
Only you're unholy, only have one homey
Only this gun, lonely, cuz don't anyone know me
But everybody just feels like they can relate
I guess words are a mother****er, they can be great
Or they can be great, or even worse, they can teach hate
Its like kids hang on every single statement we make
Like they worship us, plus all the stores ship us platinum
Now how the **** did this metamorphasis happen?
From standin' on corners and porches just rappin'
To havin' a fortune, no more kissin' ass
But then these critics crucify you, journalists try to burn you
Fans turn on you, attorney's all gonna turn it to
To get their hands on every dime you have
They want you to lose your mind every time you mad
So they can try to make you out to look like a loose canon
You need to spew, dont hesitate to produce air-guns
Thats why these prosecutors wanna convict me
Swiftly just to get me offa these streets quickly
But all their kids been listen'n to me religiously
So i'm signing cds while police fingerprint me
They're for the judges daughter, but his grudge is against me
If i'm such a ****in' menace, this **** doesnt make sense, Pete
It's all political, if my music is literal and i'm a criminal,
How the **** can i raise a little girl?
    I couldn't. i wouldn't be fit to
You're full of **** too, Guerrera, that was a fist that hit you!

'Honeys play me close like butter play toast'.

Biggie murders Pac in this freestyle. Biggie is far superior imo, Pac's best work is when he is angry, but Biggie can make any type of rap song.

Isn't it about now that Al should arrive and rain on the parade with some ghey Ryan Adams songs.

Very different rappers imo, both with mad skillz.

Some of Pac's stuff on social inequality can't be topped though.

    Listen to Brenda.

Anyone know Big L? He was a quality rapper, up there with Common / KRS ONE and Rakim. Also, one of the best hip hop songs you'll ever hear, pity Kanye West's part is worst than sh*t, they could have got someone with some pedigree to go alongside that stellar line up!

I love everything else though, perfect beat, amazing verses. I spent one day doing nothing but listening to it.

Ok playing ketchup (Pulp Fiction joke intended)

    - Eminem is the best white rapper ever. no question. He's one of the best rappers ever. period.

    - Method Man, Talib Kweli, Common, Mos Def, Jurrasic 5 and The Roots are all win.

    - Ghostface Killah released one of the best hip hop albums in a long long time about 2 or 3 years ago, I cant remember its name as I got it burned, song on it called "kilo", absolutely brilliant album and doesnt get half the credit it should when hip hop is the topic of discussion.

    - Dre's new album will be enjoyable but fodder for the lecoqsportif tracksuit gang to blast out on their ghettoblasters while they drink in the park beside your house!! :pac:

    - Regulate = win.

NWA = win. (Velvet Revolver come onstage nowadays to "Straight Outta Compton"! savage)

I'm very very tired as I just trained my ass off. :(
