Then after that, it is into the festive boozing, the pints down the local, probably another work night, Stephens night, gaf parties, all that good stuff.

Then, just when my liver thinks it's ok to breathe again, i'm off to Newcastle with the lads on Jan 8th for a 4 day bender. 1 pound pints, and £2.75 for a treble vodka and red bull, ohhhhhhhh yessss!

So for tonight, I can live with being stuck hoe alone, watching any old sh/te.

Another absolute belter of Sunday so went up north again for the day to a lovely little spot.

It was basically a river which was seperated from the sea by a strip of beach. You can see it here -
