Porting Problem

Hi! Im just after porting my number over from O2 Prepay to Voda Prepay and have encountered a problem. Whilst I can make calls and send texts fine i cannot recieve calls or texts back. When someone rings me they get a number not in use message. Any ideas? Thanks.
