    Yes. Also it means that the informal rule of a mod not dealing with situations they themselves are directly involved in goes out the window.

    If you hurl personal abuse at Terry, he doesn't have to discuss it with other mods. The other Terry will just ban you.

    No that would be stupid. Terry doesn't have seniority over Terry, it's the other way round. Terry has seniority over Terry. So if you have a problem with Terry just make a complaint to Terry. Also can we take it easy on Terry as he needs to learn the ropes.

    Turns out new Terry went crazy and tried to ban everyone so we need to replace him. Pity, at least we still have Terry though.
