Ok so our old oven used to over heat by about 40 degrees to the temp it was set at. So we replaced with a new one. The new one basically didn't cut out, and would just constantly get hotter and hotter and be at full temp in about 15 mins. Returned the new one and replaced etc, and the NEW one now is having the same problem. Any ideas?

    Thanks

I can't think of anything among the three different ovens that would be connected so can only thing that you have had a run of really bad luck

Light the oven setting the to its minimum setting
The oven will light with full flame like it’s on full setting the flame should lower to the minimum setting within a short time if it dose not then it’s the oven stat that’s not working
The way they are making gas ovens now days I would not be surprised to find a fault in a new oven

Thanks for the replies. Turns out both ovens had the same problem that the stat for the grill was in the oven and the stat for the oven was in the grill(or something along those lines).
Must have come from the same batch in the factory.
We just decided to get an F now cause the cheap models aren't really worth the hassle.
