    Mobile providers tend to force people through proxies, so they most likely were separate people.

    Thats a terrible survey! The only usefull bit of information is "What is your ISP?" The rest is pretty meaningless :confused:

    Not much good telling us that, what would be more helpfull in your survey is if you broke it down into provider as well. For all we know 100% of Eircon users could be happy and 0% of NTL users could be happy.

    Not much use to someone whos thinking of changing their provider.
