Grants for PLC courses?

    I'm planning on doing a PLC course before I go to college.

    I'll be a mature student and I was just wondering if PLC attendees are eligible for the same maintenance grants as I.T/Uni students?

    I see that the Mature student grant is E6690, so would this apply to PLC courses also, or is there a different grant for that?

    Finding it hard to find info re: grants for PLC courses..

    Also, is there any money payable at the start of the year to help contribute towards books etc.. ?
