Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am interested in it in the context of an add-on in secondary teaching or possibly teaching plc or adults who are training in computers.

I have very strong practical IT skills through experience and feel it is something I could do but it is not cheap if there are little prospects or benefits at the end.

Without seeming abrupt I am more interested in views on prospects and its recognition in educational circles than negative assertions of the abstract value of the course vis á vis post-grad dilpomas/degrees in IT which I have zero interest in pursuing, and may not necessarily equip you to teach anyway.

Typically what qualifications would an IT trainer (at the level I am talking - secondary school/plc/adult courses) have and what alternatives are out there. Also I notice a programme callled CTP which seems to be aimed at IT trainers. Does anyone know anything of this?
