    is it possible to cancel a broadband contract in the first few days if its falling way below the advertised speeds?

    I know some companies offer a trial but im not sure about upc policy

    yup, it's pretty standard for such service contracts to have a provision for a cooling off period, generally about 14 days

    Whats the package you're on and what speeds are you getting? How are you testing these speeds?
