eircom alcatel ??? outside lines

Hi all, Just looking for some advise. I've started a business and had a phone line activated. Its working ok for incoming calls but can't dial out. If i dial 0 i get the hotel desk that we are attached to but if i dial 9 i cant get an outside line. Eircom have said all is ok, hotel sya they have no stwich that needs to be…

Hi all,
Just looking for some advise. I've started a business and had a phone line activated. Its working ok for incoming calls but can't dial out.
If i dial 0 i get the hotel desk that we are attached to but if i dial 9 i cant get an outside line. Eircom have said all is ok, hotel sya they have no stwich that needs to be set up. This worked in the past the only change was the phone number changed physical line stayed the same.

I see there is an alcatel 4100 in reception is there something to chage here, we have been messed about for the past 2 days and i'm not too happy.
