    Sorry to the admins, i haven recently noticed, while checkingmy stats, that i have two referrals.
    I honestly can't think of what it is i may have done to get these, but would like to say sorry for breaking the rules, and i will make sure not to do anything i'm not supossed to again.

    And if i am, could you tell me what it is, that i have done?
    If i can't be told, i understand compleatly.

    A referral is credited to you when some one opens a boards account and put your name in as the user that referred them here.

    A tracker mortgage is similar to a standard variable rate mortgage, with one main difference - it 'tracks' the European Central Bank (ECB) rates. The benefit is that it commits the lender to keeping their 'margin' (the markup they charge on top of the wholesale rate) under a certain level.
