Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you look up ladbrokes, paddy power, bwin etc they are all the bookies favourites. I am sure eze could tell you.

Here is a snapshot of where the outright betting is currently at, http://odds.bestbetting.com/football/champions-league/winner , the top 3 of Barcelona, Chelsea, and United are all in or around 9/2 or 5s, so I would say that there is little or nothing separating them. I don't disagree with most of what you say about how Barcelona are one of the form teams in Europe, based on domestic form, but I think that when it comes to big one-off games in Europe, they might struggle. Puyol and Marquez are plodders in my opinion, and I'd hope that they'll be exposed as such eventually.

I'd have felt more confident about Madrid's chances in any competition if it hadn't been for RVN getting injured, and now Higuain as well, but there is still enough quality there to produce a couple of one-off performances in the knockout stages, depending on the draw they get.

Hear hear, climbed up to 16th, would gladly take that at the end of the season. Strange to think that with the respective squad, they are above Espanyol in the table. You a fan?

I really admire Athletic, great club who stood by their traditions despite it potentially costing them relegation. Pity that football these days forced them to get a sponsor, they are a pure footballing club.

I have a healthy respect for them since my visit to the San Mames.
