Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Great run from Clichy to win that free.

    Andy Gray makes a good point there (for once). If I was covering the game my article would be roughly finished by now - and would concern:

    - Arsenal in trouble;
    - Chelsea being Kings of the mini - league;

    etc, etc.

    And now you would be scrambling to completely rewrite it!!

    Not really a good point considering Chelsea lost to Liverpool and drew with United.

    :rolleyes: Not quite! (@Neil1984)

    Mikel off, Chelsea to go more attack-oriented.

    But it would be football journalism, so it would ignore irritating things like statistics and be completely reactionary and previous result orientated. :)

    This is turning into a really enjoyable game for us.
    Chelsea free kick looks dangerous.

    Silly free kick to give away...
    We're not clear yet, but we're playing like we are.

    If you are implying that you had money on this outcome I'm going to have to say that I don't believe you for a second Frisbee! Your lies are both hurtful and disappointing.

    You stated at the start of the thread that you didn';t think Van Persie would start. You then stated during the game that Van Persie should be taken off. Those are not the words of a gambler. A gambler would never urge the manager to effectively rip up his docket. A gambler believes in his bet right up until the final whistle. A gambler smells of seven day old piss and has the haunted look of a man who owes angry people money. You smell of freshness and your devil may care attitude tells me that you did not have money on Robin Van Persie to score twice.

    Come on Arsenal!

    No it's part of a screen print of the PP website.
    Do you really think I'd care enough what you think of me to go to the bother of forging it?

    That's not proof. That's a sham. Send Pighead a snap of your piss stained trousers and then perhaps your story can be believed.

    Man, can't believe this I was thinking of putting a tenner on Arsenal 2-1! The odds were savage, too.

    It's a sham because I accused you of lying about putting a bet on Van Persie to score twice. You then proceeded to prove that you had indeed put the bet on immediately leaving Pighead in a horrible situation as it meant he had called the situation very badly. Faced with a choice of backing down and apologising to you or calling your proof a sham I decided to go down the second avenue as it meant not losing face or having to squirm in your general direction.

    As I said, a sham. Great result for Arsenal.
