Cap limit question

I'm with Perlico and I'm just wondering are cap limits enforced by month or by the month from when you start the contract. So if the contact started on the 16th of a certain month would the cap limit be enforced from the 16th to the 16th or is always just from 1st to 30/31st of the month?

Calendar month, AFAIK: first to last day of month.
