    from memory there was going to be a big development along the sea front there, is it stll going ahead? has it started?

    it is tied to the redevelopment of the harbour:

    the harbour work is well underway, no sign of any work on the apartments yet, but I think they can't start these until the harbour is x% complete.

    Thanks, interesting to see how it wroks out, it could leave the area a mess if it was cancelled or ran out of money
