I spoke to Jon Stewart for about 30 seconds before a recording of the Daily Show. Met Flight of the Conchords before they were famous and went for a beer with them. Other than that I have met a few Irish celebrities (Ardal O'Hanlon, Dylan Moran, Dara O'Briain being the only ones who are famous outside of Ireland).
