    im getting a new tv and am a little unsure on which one to go for, ideally i want best bang for my buck, the cheaper...the better

    i have narrowed it down to a couple and im just looking for any advice from anyone really on which would be the one to go for. max budget is €600, and it will be used for sky+, ps3, hd-dvd player, bluray

    what i am unsure of is basically the 1080p 32" samsung for €580 seems the best of the lot considering its fullHD, however it does not have 100hz and i am wondering would another tv which is only 720p but with the 100hz, and possibly even produce a better image quality, ie. blackness, sharpness of image quality.. does samsung or sony provide better sound on the tv sets?

    anaway heres the list i have come up with

    32" Sony Bravia KDL32V4000U -> €467.62
    720p, 30,000:1 Dynamic Contrast, 24p, Resolution 1366x768

    32" Samsung LE32A559P4F -> €580.10
    1080p, 15,000:1 Dynamic Contrast, 24p, Resolution 1920x1080
    http://www.laptopsdirect.ie/s_LE32A559P4F/version.asp

    32" Panasonic TX-32LXD85 -> €603.30
    720p, 7,000:1 Dynamic Contrast, 24p, 100hz, V-audio, 1366x768
    http://www.laptopsdirect.ie/s_TX-32LXD85/version.asp

    37" Samsung LE37A436T1DXXU -> €580.10
    720p, 10,000:1 Dynamic Contrast, 24p, 37" screen, 1366x768

    okay thats the lot, the sony one is tempting due to its price, so i am wondering would i notice a big improvement from the other ones?

    This is a tough one. The sony, despite being the cheapest has the best blacks(Marginally better than the samsungs). Sony tvs have better sound than samsungs btw. Tbh, i wouldnt bother with that 1080p samsung because yuo are'nt going to notice the difference at that size. Would'nt be mad about the panny either. its blacks would be fairly poor compared to the samsungs and sonys. As for 100hz, it aint that big a deal and it aint worth the extra 150e over the sony. All things considered i think the best tv, bang for buck anyway, is definitely the sony
