    I know vodafone used ot have it, dont know if they still do. I changed my vodafone from my number to something else ages ago. I presume they still use the number@vodafone.ie

    From my experience only Meteor provide email to MMS/SMS service in Ireland.

    Sent to MeteorNumber@sms.mymeteor.ie (this could well not work any more, or else it's just dam unrelaible) or else MeteorNumber@mms.mymeteor.ie (seems to work pretty well for me .. unless received on a Nokia n95 8gig in which case I haven't a clue!).

    its usually number@3mail.com i think. doesnt send an mms though, it just sends email to a web based client that is accessed through Planet3

    You can set up an email address with every handset on 3. It can be your name eg jsoap@3mail.com. This can be used to receive email/voicemail but not text or mms.
