    horrible wet and very mild day, first day to break double figures here in almost 3 weeks. Looks like were back into the mild wet muck for quite a while now.

    nah, i for one am delighted with the milder temperatures, id rather it be mild when it rained rather than 3c when it rains. Be positive :)
    proper snow will fall eventually maybe even in our lifetimes lol

    Just gone sub zero.

    Gentle SW breeze, in other words not flat calm.
    Fairly icy.

    Bottomed out at -1.2C, grass min -6C. Air went sub zero at 7:45, so dropped to -1.2C in 30 minutes and that was in a slight breeze.

    LOL now above zero. Breeze has strengthened. Clearly the breeze previously was not filtering to ground level, but now that it's stronger, it is.
