Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What TV do you have. I believe most TVs have an inbuilt upscaler (but I may be wrong).

    Thanks guys.

Not all the ones I'd looked at previously had upscaling, but I guess it'll become the standard soon.

The TV's getting upgraded too, Big L. (lot of big people on this thread!)
Haven't decided on a brand or model yet though, but it will be a 1080p for sure.

Just back from an hour's browsing in a local store, I'm now leaning towards a seperate amp & DVD player. Means I can keep my cinema system when I finally have to buy a blu-ray.

    Thanks again
