    You couldn't be more wrong! Ruthless is a word which springs to mind.

    Ive seen them in action plenty. They know nothing about cars. They stall on the issue if they cannot get the exact description up on the computer and in the end, they just agree with what you told them in the start although they make out its there own idea.

    They wouldnt know an M5 from a 318d without the paperwork.

    Two officials couldnt figure out if a landcruiser commercial was long or short wheelbase while they were looking at it. It was laughable really.
