Just an update on the should i pay it thread regarding a botched fine letter. After advice from my solicitor, ive being advised to pay it and take the points as from his (solicitor) experience, i may only have a 50/50 chance of getting away with it. After advice from my solicitor, ive being advised to pay it and take the points as from his (solicitor) experience, i may only have a 50/50 chance of getting away with it.
