Do any financial institutes offer to pay legal fees for switching Investment mortgage

    Hi,
    With a lot of places they'll pay €1000 towards legal fees if you switch your mortgage to them.
    Do any financial institutes offer to pay legal fees for switching Investment mortgage?

    I think you'd need to ask around. Given the current state of the market, banks might be wary.

    During boom times they were, tbh I would be surprised if they still were - but ring around. No harm in asking.
