Left work voluntarily and without just cause

    What wouldn't count as either of the above.

    Currently working but planning on leaving and with the current climate there's a good likely hood that I wont get a job straight away / in Ireland.

    So what reason is just cause to leave work voluntarily?

    I don't see how this would be a justifiable reason to move- someone might correct me on it though. Presumably they are organising some sort of transport/package for the workers who do decide to move? The fairest thing to do would be voluntary redundancy for the staff unwilling/incapable of moving. Perhaps some more people might have ideas?
