City of Heroes / Villains Issue 13 today

    no idea if anyone else still plays this but Issue 13 is being released today. serversa re down from 12pm to 5pm for the upgrade.

    features of I13:
    rebalanced PvP

    Merit reward system, no more random rewards (unless you prefer them) you can now save for exactly the recipe/salvage you want

    Base costs revamped - a lot cheaper

    Shield powerset

    Empath type powerset for villains (pain domination)

    peacebringer/warshade overhaul

    epic power pools expanded

    + other stuff....

    linkage

    I resubbed for a month earlier in the year. I'll download the patch as always. What is there to entice one to sign up again for awhile> I've only open-ended sub at the moment (to WAR) so I could probably afford another for a short while.

    Downloading the patch now.

    City of Heroes is my favourite MMO and the only one that I play consistently.
