    how do you sort out your application?
    I've paid in the bank the 35 euro for the online application and yet I do not have a password and haven't given my email out to it am I meant to send something away?
    how do I get my CAO number? how do I get my password for my account?
    help?

    You need to apply online. There'll be a space in the application where you can quote the number of the bank giro. You'll get your number when you apply and you can set a password if you wish.
